Aapke paas product milne ke baad 7 din ka waqt hota hai return request submit karne ke liye.
Return hone wali product ka unopened, unused, aur original packaging mein hona lazmi hai.
Product ke saath uski original receipt ya proof of purchase hona chahiye.
Kuch cheezein wapas nahi ki ja sakti hain, jaise ke:
Sale par khareedi gayi items (Discounted items).
Personal care items ya hygiene products.
Order milte hi apni product ko check karein. Agar item kharab (damaged) hai ya aapko galat product mil gayi hai, toh foran humse raabta karein taake hum masle ko hal kar saken.
Jab humein aapki return product mil jayegi aur hum use inspect kar lenge, toh hum aapko inform karenge.
Agar aapka refund approve ho jata hai, toh payment aapke original payment method ya bank account mein 5-7 working days mein transfer kar di jayegi.
Yaad rakhen ke delivery charges refund nahi kiye jayenge.
Return ke waqt shipping ke akhrajaat (delivery charges) customer ko khud ada karne honge. Agar humari taraf se koi galti hui hai (galat item), toh shipping hum pay karenge.
